What do I do if my jewelry is defective or I received the wrong order?

What is a gemological certificate?
a gemological certificate is a certificate issued by a gemological diamond laboratory that ranks them according to the 4C’s methodology (carat, color, clarity and cut) and actually serves as the identity card of the diamond. This certificate is issued by qualified gemologists licensed to assess the characteristics and value of the diamond. There are a number of international, well-known laboratories that rank diamonds; the most common in the country are the GIA, EGL, IGL.
Do I get a gemological certificate with my jewelry?
JUTTOU issues a warranty and a jewelry certificate that is valid to the insurance. If you purchase a piece of jewelry with a white diamond over 0.40 ct, this diamond will be issued an additional gemological certificate from a leading and reliable international external laboratory at no extra charge. If you are interested in a gemological certificate for a white/black diamond smaller than 0.40 ct, this must be communicated before ordering and we will arrange to issue it at an additional cost.
How should I maintain and clean my jewelry?
please note there are two methods:
Diamond and gemstone jewelry – pour boiling water into a bowl with dish soap (degreaser), soak the jewelry in the water with the soap and after a few minutes take a toothbrush and clean the jewelry (careful the jewelry is hot) then place it in a separate bowl with cold water and shake it. Remove and wipe with a fine paper towel.
I bought a ring, but the size doesn’t fit. What should I do?
Don’t worry! It can happen to the best. Contact us and we will make sure to perfectly fit your size.
What are the most important criteria in a diamond?
this is the first question I am always asked when someone hears I am a diamond dealer but unfortunately the answer is not so clear cut. In fact, everyone has its own preferences, but I’ll tell you my secret. When I pick up a diamond, I first touch it, I move it around trying at the same time to feel it and examine all its characteristics. Sometimes the diamond gemological ranking is good, but something is missing and sometimes the ranking is not perfect but in practice the diamond is alive and dangling. Therefore, with the experience and knowledge I have acquired over the years, I do not judge it only by its dry data, I always look at it as a whole as a living stone and examine it with critical and stern eyes when only the best diamonds enter my heart and they are the ones set in the various JUTTOU jewelry.

All jewelry is locally handmade. We are proud having all our jewelry manufactured in Israel using high quality raw materials. We believe that every diamond and gemstone should be given the appropriate care and this can only be done with meticulous, patient and daring professional handwork!
